How Google’s $4 billion acquisition of KCI Technologies will impact tech companies

KCI is the startup that makes the popular Bluetooth headphones that Google bought in 2011.

KCI’s technology is being used to make the next generation of Android smartphones, including the Pixel and Pixel XL, which were announced earlier this month.

KSI also makes the Android wearable and speaker technology that is used in Google’s own Pixel and Google Home devices.

Google is a partner in the deal, but it has not yet announced how much it will pay for the KCI technology.

The $4.6 billion deal is expected to close in the second half of 2019.

Google is also expected to announce the new version of Android and the Google Home speaker, which is expected later this month, according to a report by Bloomberg.
